THE COACH

Eric Lee, based in Singapore, is the Executive Coach of Career Transitions. He has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world, mainly holding HR leadership roles in major multinational corporations and respected public companies operating in Singapore and the region. He also has more than ten years of experience in HR consulting, outplacement services and executive search before he made the switch to coaching. He has worked in Hong Kong and US, and has travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific region during the course of his work.
