Career Transitions, started by Eric Lee in 1998, was founded to
help individuals – particularly top and senior executives
transition successfully in their careers either within their
current organisations, or into new career experiences.
Today, its primary purpose has not changed. Increasingly though,
the focus is on helping people move laterally or upwards, but
with each move, becoming more successful, where success is
defined as moving to a higher level of performance.
Individuals who have been given the opportunity of being coached
are more likely to move into the high-performing zone at a
faster rate. At Career Transitions, our objective is to provide
that opportunity for individuals to advance in their career
experience and ultimately becoming more successful.
